CHOGORI presale items, like our jacquard beanies, are charged in full at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page.

• All presale sales are final. Presale orders can't be cancelled or refunded once placed.
• The one exception: if we can't ship by the stated date, we'll email you a new estimated date, and you can choose to wait for it or cancel for a full refund.
• Once a presale item has shipped, our Returns & Quality Guarantee applies.
